Our story is one that most people don’t believe when they first hear it but it’s a great story. We have known each other since birth!

Our mom’s met before we were even born at a Mommy and Me class that they were both attending for Michele’s brother and Michael’s sister. From that day on, Charlene (Michele’s Mom) and Ellen (Michael’s Mom) became great friends. Growing up, of course everyone joked about us dating but it wasn’t until 2011 that we ever spent time alone. 

Michele was down in Southern California finishing up her Master’s degree in Nurse Anesthesia and Michael invited her to a Blake Shelton Concert at the OC fair. It was within the first few hours that both Michael and Michele knew there was something more than just a typical friendship connection . After the concert, it was straight to the fair and then off to a great night of line dancing with friends.  

The next few months, every minute that Michele wasn’t in school and Michael wasn’t working, we were spending together.  Now, when you have Mom’s that are such close friends, we didn’t want to tell them just yet and get anyone too excited so we tried to keep our growing relationship between us for the first few months. Eventually, our families went to an Angels game together where our parents saw us in love for the first time. (Both Mom’s told us they knew the entire time, Mom’s know everything).

There is nothing better than what we have. We have great families and friends and can't wait to spend the rest of our lives together.
