Bora Bora - Off Road Adventure

Together, we will take part in an exciting off road adventure in Bora Bora on our honeymoon! Aboard a Land Rover, our driver will take us through steep terrain and introduce us to the flora, fauna and lifestyles of this abundant island. We will drive through the small town of Vaitape and drive up Pahonu Hill where we will witness breathtaking views of the harbor and Matira Beach. After that, we will venture to the original location of the cannons from World War II before heading to a plantation in the lush valley of Fa'anui for some great photo opportunities!

Taha'a - Exploration of Taha'a

Taha'a - Exploration of Taha'a

Together, we will explore Taha'a and its lush, beautiful surroundings on our romantic escape! Aboard an off-road vehicle, we will drive across the highest mountain in Taha'a where our guide will point out specific highlights and teach us about the traditional uses of local plants and trees. We will sample a variety of fresh island fruits before learning the Tamure, a Tahitian dance, and visiting a small vanilla plantation. Afterwards, we will stop at a black pearl farm to learn how they are cultivated and harvested. Our excursion will end with a sumptuous lunch, activities and snorkeling on a motu.

Capture Moorea - Photo Adventure Hike

If you love photography, then don't miss this unique and exclusive half-day guided photo tour of Moorea with accomplished professional photographer Renaud Fayada. Depart the pier aboard a private, off-road vehicle, accompanied by Renaud, who will offer photographic tips and interesting information about the island throughout the tour. Begin with a drive to the interior of the island, along large pineapple fields and past sub-tropical forests dotted with ancient archaeological sites. En route, a stop will be made at Belvedere lookout point for spectacular views and photo opportunities of Rotui, a beautiful mountain separating Cook's Bay and the pristine Opunohu Bay. Next, you will ride along the coastal road to the island's west coast, where you will take in expansive views of lush green vegetation, beautifully manicured gardens, a turquoise blue lagoon, and the Pacific Ocean's endless horizon. Weather permitting, you will see sites that include the famed Magic Mountain, which overlooks the northern part of the island and offers spectacular aerial views of the barrier reef. Half Day on Teahatea Beach

Depart the ship by small local boats across the beautiful UNESCO biosphere reserve of Fakarava to the white sand beach of Teahatea just after the Garuae Pass. The boat is (8m) 50 long, special for excursions. It is equipped with all safety equipment and with a covered top and sides. The boat ride takes approximately 30 minutes depending on the weather conditions. You will have 2-2 ½ hours of free time to relax on the beach, enjoy a swim in the crystal clear lagoon or go snorkeling. Off Road Excursion to Taipivai Valley

Depart the pier for the ride to the Taipivai Valley, one of the richest archaeological sites in the Marquesas Islands.The Taipivai Valley is a location made famous by the American writer and former sailor, Herman Melville (1819-1891), who deserted his ship and hid in this valley. Captured by indigenous natives, he lived in the Taipivai Valley for three weeks, a period during which he observed their way of life. This experience was the inspiration for his first novel, Typee. En route to the Taipivai Valley, you will ride through the island’s interior along a steep trail lined with lush flora and vegetation, then traverse exquisite mountain terrain. Along the way, you’ll enjoy many opportunities to take magnificent photographs, as you stop several times to take in spectacular vistas of the coastline, bays, and valleys. At one particular stop, you will see your ship anchored in the Bay of Taihoae. Even if you have never been SCUBA diving, you can learn the basics in just 2 hours.
